Where does the time go?  I looked up today and realized we’re half way through the summer.  I’ve been crazy busy with work, travel, chef school, throwing dinner parties, and mostly, training in muay thai at TKMT!  I’ve been getting up in the mornings before 6am to go to the regular gym or for a run, then work all day, then straight to the muay thai gym to train all evening.  It’s not unusual to be there for four hours.  It’s been a whirlwind of a summer so far and I’m loving every minute.
