I find it hard to grab something quick in the mornings that will keep me happy until lunch (or at least mid-morning snack). This breakfast, however, is easy, quick and satisfying.
Slather peanut butter on whole wheat toast, put banana slices on top, drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. You can also add a few chopped almonds for a nice crunch. YUM.
